Band Member Bios

Delbert White - guitar/vocal

Delbert started entertaining in his early twenties. He was the inspiration for his young children to become interested in string music and vocal. His strong steady rhythm sets the pace for the band and he has become known as one of the best rhythm guitar pickers in the area. His vocal is equally as strong, and has won him many fans over the years.


Nina White - harmony vocal

Nina started singing at an early age, and received her training while attending singing schools across southern Arkansas and at church. After she and Delbert married, she continued to sing along with Delbert. It was only natural that their children would also take up the tradition. Nina carries the low harmony in the trio as well as handles the booking and business end of the band.


Lisa Simon - lead vocal

Lisa and husband Randy are the parents of Haylie, Hanna and Haven. Lisa, the youngest of the White children, added her vocal talent to the family band at the young age of 2. Lisa and Debra started harmonizing not long after and started thrilling audiences with their tight harmony at a very young age. Lisas pure, smooth sound carries a strong lead in the trio of singers.


Haylie Simon - fiddle/vocal

Haylie is a third generation member of the band. She got her start in singing by listening to her mother, Lisa, and aunt and grandmother sing from the time she was born. She started singing at age 2 and performing with the band at age 3. Haylie made her first recording when she was 4 years old. Haylie carries on the tradition of family harmony with her pure, clear voice. In addition to her fine vocal talent, Haylie, an accomplished musician, plays fiddle for the band.


Debra Sinclair - high harmony/lead

Debra is married to Rick Sinclair and the busy mother of two boys. She is the first-born child of Delbert and Nina. She began entertaining family and friends at an early age. Debras clear voice blends perfectly as the high harmony in the band.


Jordan Sinclair - bass

The newest band member is 18-year-old Jordan Sinclair on acoustic bass. He is the eldest son of Rick and Debra Sinclair and a freshman in college. In addition to bass, Jordan is also a talented guitar player. He will be a fine addtion to the group.


Gene Pyeatt - banjo

With the addition of Jordan Sinclair on bass, Gene has moved over to banjo. Gene began his musical career by playing banjo with his family band when he was seven years old. He has played with many well-known groups over the years. Gene is accomplished on the bass and fiddle as well.
